Denial of the Armenian Genocide

The Armenian Genocide occurred from 1915-1917, and was the Ottoman Empire’s mass extermination of 1.5 million Armenians living in Turkey. It was the first genocide of the 20th century, but to this day the Turkish government still refuses to define these killings as genocide.
